We provide comprehensive flash test reports for every individual panel, including serial numbers, power rates, voltage, and current. Additionally, we provide EL (Electroluminescence) photos for each panel to ensure there are no hidden cracks or defects.
Q2: What measures are in place for payment security?
We support Trade Assurance payments which cover your order from payment through to 30 days after you receive the goods. This includes payment protection, product-quality protection, and shipping protection.
Q3: How do I request support if a product fails during the warranty period?
You can contact our 24-hour technical support line. Please provide the PI number, serial number (S/N), and a description of the failure with photos or video. Our after-sales department typically provides a solution within 24 hours.
Q4: Can you provide DDP pricing or assist with import tariffs?
While we can provide DDP, we recommend CIP terms as they are often more cost-effective. We can cooperate with requests regarding invoice values to help manage import tariffs, provided the buyer understands the associated risks.
Q5: What is the typical lead time for large orders?
For standard container orders, the delivery time is approximately 15 working days after receiving the payment.
